The prices that you see here are linked to foreign exchange rates and will be adjusted on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. However, if you have already placed an order, the price for your order will remain fixed and valid right unless the order is cancelled (Read-This-First). If you place a new order, new pricing rate will apply.
We provide reasonable remote assistance and advice for all software that is installed or utilised in relation to machines purchased from us, which includes assistance and/or advice with difficulties which may be encountered in relation to the functioning of the machine as a result of the software. We provide no support whatsoever for all software used for machines not from us.
Please note that you shall not be entitled to sell or grant any rights or sub-license in respect of the software. The software is registered in the name of a particular user and we are not authorised to transfer the license from the credential of one person to another or to otherwise re-license or sub-license the software.
No warranty is provided for software products. All software, manuals, tools and applications for our machines can be downloaded from our CNC Utility website https://cncu.co.za/. Please note that software by its very nature is limited by the platform and/or hardware on which the software is run and/or operated. Please note, that not all software will work or be compatible with new operating systems or hardware in relation to your machine, therefore please carefully read the software specifications before installing such software. We make no representation nor warranty regarding the suitability of the software for the intended purposes, and we accordingly shall not be liable or accept any responsibility in the event that the software is not compatible with your machine or environment and no refunds will be provided in respect of any software purchased or otherwise installed.
